发电行业低碳技术创新协同激励机制研究Research on collaborative incentive mechanism for low carbon technology innovation in the power generation industry

摘要(Abstract):
厘清促进发电行业低碳技术创新的驱动因素,探索发电行业低碳技术创新的激励机制,对电力行业实现经济、环境和社会绩效的统一,以及国家最终实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。针对发电行业技术创新特点,从低碳技术创新的两阶段出发,基于外部驱动力和企业内驱力两大层面,提出11种激励因素,构建了发电行业低碳技术创新的内外部协同激励机制。结果表明,在发电行业低碳技术创新激励机制的协同作用下,能促进企业低碳技术创新研发水平,并最终通过低碳技术成果转化,提高企业的经济绩效、环境绩效和社会绩效,实现企业发展、环境改善和社会进步的有机统一。
