标准ASME PTC 4.3—1968和ASME PTC4.3—2017关于空气预热器性能计算区别Difference in air heaters performance calculation between ASME PTC 4.3—1968 and ASME PTC 4.3—2017

摘要(Abstract):
本文针对实际工程常用的美国标准ASME PTC 4.3—1968和ASME PTC 4.3—2017中关于空气预热器性能计算方法的区别进行了分析,详细比较了空气预热器漏风率计算及修正、烟气阻力修正的差异。试验案例计算结果表明:2个标准计算的空气预热器漏风率结果相对偏差值为2.06%,得空气预热器漏风率修正值的相对值偏差为12.73%,烟气阻力修正值的相对值偏差为22.91%;如果将ASME PTC 4.3—1968标准修正公式中烟气量改成基于每小时计量,则2个标准计算的漏风率修正值的相对值偏差为2.62%,烟气阻力修正值的相对值偏差为1.28%。
