在运旋转机械转子裂纹故障诊断方法及其现场应用Diagnosis method for crack faults in rotating machinery rotors in operation and its field application

摘要(Abstract):
火电机组深度调峰、灵活性运行,增大了主、辅机设备转子出现裂纹故障的风险,对机组安全稳定运行构成严重威胁。根据建立的裂纹转子的振动方程,归纳了裂纹转子的主要振动特性,并在此基础上结合现场诊断经验,提出通过振动分析识别转子裂纹故障的方法,该识别方法判据包括持续爬升的基频振动且转子动平衡无效、2倍频振动持续增大、伯德曲线异常等。最后通过3起运行中的汽轮机、发电机和锅炉一次风机转子裂纹的故障识别案例,说明了该方法的实际应用过程及其准确性。
