基于煤量预测前馈的协调控制系统A coordinated control system based on model predictive coal supply feedforward

摘要(Abstract):
直接指令平衡法的参数需通过试验反复整定,主观性较强。本文从现场试验辨识的机组传统协调控制系统采用数学模型出发,提出机组协调控制系统的煤量预测前馈方法,在制粉系统允许的范围内快速而准确地给出预估煤量,并对滑压曲线、机组变载率及风量等相关子回路进行前馈设计,更好地发挥了改进型DIB协调控制的作用,减轻了现场调试对经验的依赖。通过某300 MW机组进行煤量预测前馈协调控制系统实验验证表明,该方法调节速率、调节精度和响应时间均满足要求,胜任大幅度调峰任务,为当前自动发电控制系统调度模式下的优化运行提供了新方法。
