高性能SCR喷氨混合技术研究与应用Research and application of high performance SCR ammonia injection and mixing technology

摘要(Abstract):
随着火电机组利用小时数不断下降,调峰日益频繁,现有喷氨混合技术已不能满足燃煤电厂新常态的需求,超低排放对SCR反应器入口NH_3/NO_x摩尔比分布均匀性提出了更高的要求。通过CFD数值模拟和物理模型试验,对格栅型AIG和静态混合器进行了优化研究,提出了保证喷氨格栅布氨均匀、调节灵活、抗堵灰的设计方法和防堵型AIG喷嘴,并研发出了一种三角形大范围烟气自混合装置,提高了SCR反应器入口NO_x质量浓度场的均匀性,从根源上提升了SCR脱硝装置的负荷适应性。某2×600 MW机组的SCR脱硝装置采用本技术改造后,高中低负荷下SCR反应器出口NO_x分布相对标准偏差达到了8%~19%,高负荷下氨逃逸下降了51%。
