基于运行性能评价的发电过程可控参数优化方法Operation performance evaluation based optimization method of controllable parameters for coal-fired power processes

摘要(Abstract):
针对燃煤发电过程中复杂过程优化运行问题,提出了基于运行性能评价的燃煤发电运行可控参数优化方法。在分析燃煤发电过程工艺和机理的基础上,采用基于即时学习策略的局部建模方法建立了汽轮机热耗率、锅炉效率局部动态模型;运用模糊综合评价方法对机组运行性能进行综合评价,根据当前运行边界条件和综合评价等级,采用案例推理方法获得机组较优运行性能下可控参数的优化目标值,基于优化目标值的评价对可控参数进行闭环优化设定。基于工业运行数据的仿真结果表明,该方法可有效提高机组运行性能,较好地解决了燃煤发电过程的优化运行问题。
