摘要(Abstract)：

<正> 一、历史的回顾与目前概况 1.历史的回顾: 油煤混合燃料(Coal ＆ Oil mixture 简称COM)的燃烧研究工作早在一百年前就开始了。此后英、美、日等国都断断续续地进行过一些研究,但当时石油价格便宜,COM在经济上没有什么吸引力,因此也未能得到广泛应用。 1973年“石油危机”爆发以后,油价不断上涨,供应紧张,迫使各国不得不调整能源政策,改变能源结构,力求更多地以煤代油。COM作为以煤代油的一种过渡性燃料而受到普遍的重视。它的优点是能使煤流体化而便于输送和燃烧,对于锅炉及其附属设备来说改装的工作量小,见效快,且容易满足环境保护方面的要求。美、日等国还认为,在煤的液化技术达到商业化之前的过渡阶段,使用COM是节油的主要措施之一。因此都积极进行这方面的研究工作。
