加入CH4促进SNCR过程的计算与机理分析CALCULATION AND MECHNISM ANALYSIS OF SNCR PROCESS PROMOTED BY ADDING CH4

摘要(Abstract):
分析加入CH4对选择性非催化还原(SNCR)方法脱除烟气中NOx的影响,并利用CHEMIKIN软件对其反应过程进行了计算。计算结果表明,加入适量CH4可以降低SNCR有效反应温度,提高NO脱除效率,加快反应速率,缩短反应停留时间,从而对SNCR脱除NOx的过程起到促进作用。此外,依据计算结果对其反应机理进行了解释和分析。
