内混式SNCR喷枪喷雾特性研究Spray characteristics of SNCR internal mixing sprayer

摘要(Abstract):
选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)脱硝系统中,还原剂内混式喷枪的流量特性和雾化特性对脱硝效率影响较大。本文通过实验研究了影响雾化特性的主要因素气、液压力和气液比对内混式SNCR喷枪流量特性和雾化特性的影响,尤其是对喷枪射程的影响。结果表明:喷枪内液体流量实验曲线基本符合Q_w≈(p_w-p_3)0.5的指数增长关系;喷枪最佳设计气体压力为p_w≤p_a≤p_w+0.1 MPa;随着液体压力的增大,雾化颗粒变大,射程增幅明显;随着气液比的增加,雾化颗粒越来越细,射程逐渐变小,考虑刚度射程问题时,气液比选择在0.10左右较为合宜,且设计气液比k_(ALR)≤0.10时可以明显的增加射程;增加气、液的初始压力不能显著改善喷枪穿透深度。
